Skin Program Terms & Conditions
To ensure our Skin Program remains fair and flexible for all members, the following terms and conditions apply.
Your $150 sign-up fee is payable when you join the Skin Program. This fee is redeemable on a skincare product of your choice after completing your 12-month membership and is not redeemable for treatments or cash.
Membership is for a 12-month commitment, with one included treatment available each 4-8 weeks. Treatments must be used within the applicable membership period and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee, and the monthly treatment may be forfeited.
This Sign up fee is due at the time of your first treatment, where you will receive access to the skin program benefits (product discounts, complimentary LED, full-sized cleanser)
